The Slab’asaurus is a precision engineered and CNC machined lapidary vise, constructed from American made materials including, 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, precision ground chromoly guide rods, Grade 8 all thread, and assembly hardware.

100% engineered and machined in the United States.

This lapidary vise will allow users to hold and cut rocks that standard saw vices cannot.

Specifications:

• Designed to be used with 14”- 20” lapidary slab saws. (14” and 16” saws require shortened guide rod sets).

• Standard Dimensions: 8” rod height, 6” width, and 6.75” depth including the tailstock.

• 40 mounting holes for endless holding screw positions

• Holding screws are common sizing, flathead cap screws, 3/8”-16 in 2”- 4” length (2” length is what comes with the vise).
